How do I stop my deliveries when I am away? +
Simply give us a call and we can stop your deliveries as soon as the next day. You can also make amendments via our website. Please note we do ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice where possible. -
How much is the delivery charge? +
Delivery charges vary depending on your location. Please call for the delivery charge where you live. -
How can I pay my bill? +
You will be sent a statement every month and can pay by the following methods.
Direct Debit - Why not join the customers already paying by Direct Debit – Simply click here to print a form or call us and we will send you a Direct Debit mandate & pre-paid envelope.
By Phone - Simply give us a call on 01323 840753 and we can take payment by Debit or Credit card.
By Cheque - Please make cheques payable to Pipers and send to Pipers, Hargreaves Business Park, Hargreaves Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex BN23 6QW.
Barclays Bank - We can supply a paying in book, please call us for details.
Payment Points - We have various pay points throughout our delivery area, please contact us for details. -
Do I have to have my newspaper delivered everyday? +
No, you can have newspapers delivered on as many days as you choose. Our delivery charge is daily not weekly so we only charge for the days you have newspapers delivered. -
Can I have magazines delivered as well? +
Yes we deliver weekly, fortnightly & monthly magazine publications for no extra charge. -
Do you accept newspaper subscription vouchers? +
Yes we accept all newspaper vouchers. -
Am I committed to any length of time? +
No you can cancel your deliveries at any time.
