We aim to delivery by 7am weekdays and 8am at weekend.
You can manage your account either online, by calling the office or by emailing the team to make any changes. We do however ask you to give us a minimum of a clear day’s notice. i.e. 48 hrs.
You will be sent a statement every month and can pay by the following methods.
Direct Debit – The vast majority of our customers settle their account by direct debit – click here to print a form or call us and we will send you a Direct Debit mandate & pre-paid envelope.
Securely via our Website – Log into our website to ‘Pay your Account’ and follow the payment instructions to securely settle your account by credit or debit card.
By Phone – Simply give us a call on 01323 840753 and we can take payment by Debit or Credit card.
No. You only pay a single delivery fee (per delivery).
